Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

KEBEKEVA S.L (CAMPING KANGURO) is the DATA CONTROLLER for the personal data of the USER and informs that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

For what purpose do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The intended operations for data processing are:

  • Sending commercial and promotional communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other current or future electronic or physical means that allow commercial communication.
    These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and related to their products and services, or those of their partners or suppliers with whom promotional agreements have been made. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

  • Conducting market studies and statistical analyses.

  • Processing orders, requests, inquiries, or any other type of petition made by the USER through any of the contact methods available on the CONTROLLER’s website.

  • Sending newsletters with news, offers, and promotions about our activities.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The processing is lawful under Article 6 of the GDPR, as follows:

  • With the user’s consent: for sending commercial communications and newsletters.

  • By the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: for conducting market research, statistical analysis, and processing user requests.

How long will we keep your data?

Data will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of processing or for as long as legal obligations require their retention.
When data are no longer needed, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or total destruction.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned, except when necessary for the development and execution of processing purposes, to our service providers involved in communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has confidentiality and data processing agreements in accordance with current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

  • The right to withdraw consent at any time.

  • The right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of their data, as well as restriction or objection to its processing.

  • The right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the appropriate boxes and entering data into the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on contact or download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to respond to their request, and that the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are true and undertakes to communicate any modification.

The CONTROLLER informs that all requested data through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for providing an optimal service to the USER. If not all data are provided, the CONTROLLER cannot guarantee that the information and services will fully meet the USER’s needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions regarding the processing of personal data under their responsibility, particularly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring that data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, with the aim of protecting the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the appropriate information to exercise those rights.
